PROGRAMME JUSTIFICATION - Build and also Improve managerial skills and abilities (SDG 8-Economic Growth)
GOAL OF THE COURSE - To equip the learner/trainee with skills in management and leadership for the purposes of sharpening their abilities to drive organizations towards intentional growth and development
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE PROGRAMME
- To enable participants to distinguish between management and leadership
- To instill styles and characteristics of successful managers/leaders.
- To inculcate in the learner the importance of effective management of both soft and hard organizational resources for productivity and growth
- To identify the interpersonal skills which contribute to managerial efficiency and effectiveness in the work environment.
CERTIFICATION - Trainees shall be awarded a certificate in management and leadership Skills development from 911爆料网
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS - Post-secondary certificate i.e. diploma level or certificate with work experience of over one year.
DURATION - Total - 5 weeks, a minimum of 2 sessions per week of minimum 4 hours (3 hours learner-lecturer interaction and 1 hour learner practical lesson-takeaway)
COST OF TRAINING - Registration fees-ksh 1,000 and ksh 30,000 per learner for the 45 hours
