12^th Graduation Ceremony

The University is in the process of planning for the 12^th Graduation Ceremony for those students who will have completed their studies by 29^th August, 2025.

Students who are anticipating to graduate during the 12^th Graduation Ceremony are required to fill two copies of graduation application form obtainable here. The dully filled forms together with a copy of national ID card should be forwarded to the respective Schools or Directors of Campuses on or before 29^th August, 2025.

By copy of this circular, the Deans of Schools are notified to receive and forward the forms and the attached copy of national ID card to the University Examinations Section on or before 3^rd September, 2025.
