ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES

All graduates of the 12^th Congregation for the Conferment of Degrees at 911爆料网, held on 31^st October, 2025, are informed that issuing of certificates will be as follows:

1. MONDAY, 10^TH NOVEMBER 鈥� TUESDAY, 11^TH NOVEMBER, 2025

• All Doctor of Philosophy and Masters Degree certificates.
• Bachelor鈥檚 certificates for:
  • School of Health Sciences.
  • School of Engineering and Technology.

2. WEDNESDAY, 12^TH NOVEMBER 鈥� FRIDAY, 14^TH NOVEMBER, 2025

• Bachelor鈥檚 certificates for:
  • School of Business and Economics.
  • School of Agriculture, Environment, Water and Natural Resources.

3. MONDAY, 17^TH NOVEMBER 鈥� FRIDAY, 21^ST NOVEMBER, 2025

• Bachelor鈥檚 certificates for:
  • School of Education (B.Ed Science)

4. MONDAY, 24^TH NOVEMBER 鈥� FRIDAY, 28^TH NOVEMBER, 2025

• Bachelor鈥檚 certificates for:
  • School of Education (B.Ed Arts)

5. MONDAY, 1^ST DECEMBER 鈥� WEDNESDAY, 3^RD DECEMBER, 2025

• Bachelor鈥檚 certificates for:
  • School of Science and Computing.

6. THURSDAY, 4^TH DECEMBER 鈥� FRIDAY, 5^TH DECEMBER, 2025

• Bachelor鈥檚 certificates for:
  • School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Please note the following:

1. Certificates will be issued from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
2. The requirements for collection of certificates are:
   • Original National Identity Card (ID card) and a copy.
   • Student original clearance form.
   • Graduation fee payment receipt.
   • Graduand clearance form for academic gown.
3. Any certificate not collected by Thursday, 30^th April, 2026 will be liable to a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= for the first year. Subsequent years will attract an additional charge of Kshs. 500/= per year.
4. All TVET students will be communicated to when to collect their certificates.
